Required products :
170 grams of sturgeon (or beluga)
200 grams of sea bass or smoked cod
1.5 liters of beetroot decoction
400 grams of beets
80 grams of carrots
100 grams of green onions
200 grams of fresh cucumbers
160 grams of sour cream
2 teaspoons sugar
2 tablespoons vinegar
dill or parsley
Method of preparation :
Wash and chop the beets. Boil it by adding sugar and vinegar to the water. Then grate (or chop very finely) and return to the broth. Let cool and add chopped carrots, cucumber, green onions. Leave the soup for 40-50 minutes in the cold. Cut the fish into pieces and cook separately. When cool, add to the vegetable mixture. Serve with sour cream and dill / parsley.
