How To Cook Cold Cheesecake With Condensed Milk And Fruit - Recipe

Required products :

  • 250 grams of biscuits
  • 125 grams of melted butter
  • 500 grams of cream cheese at room temperature
  • 1 can of 400 grams of condensed milk
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons frozen berries

Method of preparation :

Line a rectangular baking tray with parchment paper, using two sheets that you place crosswise and the edges should protrude from the tray.

Grind the biscuits until they crumble and mix them with the butter to moisten them well. Transfer to the tray and press. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, stir in the cream cheese to turn into a cream. Add the condensed milk and lemon juice, stir again. After mixing the products, add the eggs and combine again.

Sprinkle half of the frozen fruit on the biscuit tray and pour over the egg mixture. Spread the remaining fruit on top. Bake for 30 minutes at 150 degrees (preheat oven) until firm. Allow to cool for 1 hour in the oven with the door open, then store in the freezer for 2 hours. Cut into squares and serve.
