How To Cook Cold Chicken Mill Salad With Onion And Soy Sauce - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Cold salad of chicken mills with onions and soy sauce". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 700 - 1000 grams of chicken mills
  • 2 onions
  • 3 - 4 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2/3 teaspoon sunflower oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon powdered sugar
  • 1 - 3 tablespoons table vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon hot red pepper (if you don't like hot, use a smaller amount)

Method of preparation :

Clean and wash the mills well. Put them in a saucepan, pour enough hot water to cover and bring to a boil. When this happens, remove the foam that has formed on the surface, reduce the heat and let it cook until soft (about 50 - 60 minutes). Add salt towards the end of cooking.

Cut the finished watermelons into strips with a sharp knife. Peel an onion and cut it into thin circles. Mix them in a bowl, add the powdered sugar and stir.

Heat the oil, add the red pepper. When it is fried, pour the watermelons with onions, pour the soy sauce, and add a little vinegar gradually and gradually according to your taste.

After a few minutes, remove the salad from the heat, wait for it to cool enough and put it in the fridge for a few hours (maybe overnight, but the onion aroma will be stronger).

Enjoy your meal!
