Required products :

300 milliliters of cold milk
100 grams of dark chocolate
ice cubes
sugar to taste
200 milliliters of liquid whipping cream with a fat content of not less than 30%
1 teaspoon powdered sugar

For decoration:

Melted chocolate, chocolate shavings or anything else of your choice

Method of preparation :

Melt the chocolate together with 50 milliliters of milk over low heat. If you judge, melt the sugar in it. Then pour the remaining cold milk, mix thoroughly and distribute in suitable cups. Add ice cubes.

Whip the cream, starting at low speed and gradually increasing the power. Add the powdered sugar and start to stop beating, gradually reducing the speed.

Garnish the chocolate with the whipped cream and sprinkle with chocolate shavings and pour over the melted chocolate.
