How To Cook Cold Cream Soup Of Peas, Spinach, Green Spices And Coconut Milk - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 250 milliliters of coconut milk
  • 150-200 grams of canned peas
  • 100 milliliters of sour cream
  • salt, pepper to taste
  • a few sprigs of fresh parsley
  • a few sprigs of fresh mint 3
  • 200 grams of finely chopped spinach leaves
  • 2 cloves garlic, pressed
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • a few sprigs of fresh basil for decoration

 

Method of preparation:

 

Put peas, parsley, mint and spinach in a blender. Add olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper and beat until smooth. Dilute the thick mixture with the coconut milk and beat a few more times.

Distribute the liquid in bowls, if desired, you can use those of coconut and garnish with sour cream and fresh basil.
