Put peas, parsley, mint and spinach in a blender. Add olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper and beat until smooth. Dilute the thick mixture with the coconut milk and beat a few more times.
Distribute the liquid in bowls, if desired, you can use those of coconut and garnish with sour cream and fresh basil.
