Required products :
900 milliliters of cream
350 grams of natural chocolate
150 grams of white chocolate
package of chocolate chip cookies or ready-made loaf
Method of preparation :
Mix 250 grams of dark chocolate with 250 milliliters of cream and melt in the microwave. Refrigerate the mixture for 4 - 6 hours. In a separate bowl, melt the white chocolate and 250 milliliters of cream in the same way. Allow this mixture to cool as well. This is done in parallel. When both mixtures are ready, add another 250 milliliters of cream to the dark chocolate and beat. Pour the resulting cream into a bowl in the shape of a semicircle, leaving a space in the middle (before that you can cover the bottom and walls of the dish with plastic wrap to make it easier to remove the dessert later). Store in the chamber or freezer to freeze. Then pour the mixture of white chocolate and cream in the formed "hollow" and cover the dessert with a layer of biscuit pieces or a ready-made loaf. Put back in the freezer.
