Required products :

  • 500 grams of cucumbers
  • 4 finely chopped garlic cloves
  • 500 milliliters of cold water
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • left
  • 2 1/4 tea cups ice cubes (obtained from 500 milliliters of water)
  • 1 teaspoon roasted sesame seeds

Method of preparation :

Peel a cucumber and cut it into very thin slices with a mandolin or a knife, then make thin spaghetti. It would be easiest for you if you use a peeler that will turn them into thin strips.

Put them in a large bowl, add garlic, water, soy sauce and vinegar, stir. Season with salt and refrigerate until serving.

Before serving, add ice and extra salt to taste. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
