Required products :
 
1 bottle of dry white wine
2 bottles of champagne
2 medium lemons
10 sprigs of fresh mint
100 milliliters of sugar syrup
 
 
Method of preparation :
 
Grate the zest of the lemons with a fine grater. Then cut the white part of the citrus and cut them into circles, which you put in a suitable container for making punch. Sprinkle with mint leaves and grated peel, pour the sugar syrup and leave for 15 minutes.
 
Pour the white wine and let the mixture stand for a few hours (1-12) to absorb the aromas and flavors.
 
Before serving, add the champagne and then divide the drink into glasses.
