Boil the beets in a saucepan, drain and blend until homogeneous. Beat the yogurt with water, season with salt, chopped garlic cloves, lemon juice, olive oil, and chopped dill. Combine the two mixtures and add finely grated radishes and cucumbers. Stir the soup until smooth and cool. Serve cold, garnished with chopped fresh dill and eggs.
