Peel a cucumber, cut two of them into small cubes and pour into the bowl you have provided for the soup.
Cut the remaining 5 cucumbers into large cubes.
Cut the onion as well and put it next to the small pieces of cucumber.
In a blender bowl, mix the larger cucumber cubes with garlic, dill, tarragon. Add the cream (it should be with a fat content of 20%), pour the lemon juice, olive oil, season with pepper and salt.
Beat until smooth, which is stored in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
Then divide the soup into deep plates, sprinkle with chopped green onions, pieces of cucumber and put a few drops of olive oil.
Stir and enjoy!
