Necessary products:

 

  • 300 grams of boiled beef belly, cut into pieces
  • 500 grams of pork, finely chopped
  • 1 diced tomato
  • 2-3 stalks of finely chopped fresh onion
  • 1/2 chopped onion head
  • 4 diced potatoes
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/3 tea cup fresh coriander
  • 3 sprigs of fresh parsley
  • pressed garlic clove
  • chili at will
  • three liters of water or broth

 

Method of preparation:


In a saucepan pour 3 liters of water, add the belly, pork, tomatoes, onions, potatoes, garlic cloves and season with salt, pepper and cumin. Stir the mixture and after boiling reduce the power. Simmer on low heat for about 50 minutes. When ready, season with finely chopped parsley and coriander. Pour into bowls and serve the soup warm. Garnish with crushed hot peppers.
