How To Cook Colored Salad With Mushrooms, Ham And Cream - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Flower salad with mushrooms, ham and cream". Delicious recipe.

Necessary products for two servings:

 

  • 5 marinated peppers
  • 5 lettuce leaves from the core
  • 100 milliliters of cooking cream
  • 100 grams of mushrooms, finely chopped
  • 100 grams of ham or prosciutto, finely chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • salt, pepper and olive oil

 

Method of preparation:

 

Clean the lettuce, wash and dry it. Separate five petals from the core. Arrange the peppers in a plate on the plate as shown in the photo and add the leaves between them.

Heat olive oil in a pan and fry onions, mushrooms and ham. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Reduce heat to low, pour in the cream and cook until reduced.

Cool the stuffing and fill the lettuce leaves. Serve the colorful salad and eat.
