Method of preparation:
Clean the lettuce, wash and dry it. Separate five petals from the core. Arrange the peppers in a plate on the plate as shown in the photo and add the leaves between them.
Heat olive oil in a pan and fry onions, mushrooms and ham. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Reduce heat to low, pour in the cream and cook until reduced.
Cool the stuffing and fill the lettuce leaves. Serve the colorful salad and eat.
