Required products :
1 kg of potatoes
200 grams of yellow cheese
150 grams of mayonnaise
salt to taste
For decoration:
parsley
yellow cheese
nuts optional
carrot
sesame seeds
Method of preparation :
Peel the potatoes, boil them until tender in salted water and mash. Add the grated yellow cheese to it, stir. Then add mayonnaise and salt if necessary. Optionally, you can use ground black pepper or other spice to taste. The result is an elastic potato dough, resembling sugar, it does not stick to the hands. From it, form balls, which you roll in grated carrots, finely chopped parsley, ground nuts of your choice, sesame seeds, grated yellow cheese or assign the color scheme to other favorite products, combining the different flavors, of course.
