How To Cook Colorful Monkey Bread With A Variety Of Flavors - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Colorful monkey bread with a variety of flavors". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 450 grams of wheat flour
  • 220 milliliters of fresh milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 50 grams of butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1.5 teaspoons dry yeast

Additives:

  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 3 cloves finely chopped garlic
  • several types of different fresh or dried spices or herbs of your choice
  • chopped fresh parsley
  • chopped pine nuts
  • dried cranberries
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • poppy seeds
  • grated parmesan

Method of preparation :

Mix the milk and butter, add the salt and heat the mixture until the butter melts. When this happens, allow the liquid to cool.

In a separate bowl sift the flour to which you add the dry yeast, stir. Make a hollow in the middle and pour in the buttermilk and beat the egg.

Thoroughly knead the dough (knead it for about 10 minutes), cover with a towel and leave for an hour in a warm place to rise (you need to increase its volume 2-3 times).

Then divide into balls of equal size, cover them again with a towel and leave for 10 minutes.

In the meantime, prepare the supplements. Melt the butter and put the garlic in it, and cut all the other aromatic products and distribute them in separate containers.

Dip each ball of dough first in the garlic fat, then in one of the additives. This will give you a variety of flavors.

Arrange them in a cake pan and cover with a damp cloth. So it should stay warm for half an hour.

When this time has elapsed, bake the bread for 30 minutes in a preheated 180 degree oven.

Have a good time!
