  • 1 kg of minced meat mixture
  • 1 boiled carrot
  • 3 boiled eggs
  • 100 milliliters of white wine
  • 2 slices of bread soaked in fresh milk
  • 3 soft tomatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • olive oil and salt to taste
  • 100 grams of green olives with filling
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 4 tablespoons breadcrumbs
  • 2-3 sprigs of parsley
  • 150 grams of bacon, finely chopped

 


Method of preparation:

 

Put the minced meat in a suitable dish and add the breadcrumbs, drained slices of bread, chopped parsley, garlic, onion and salt. Knead the minced meat and cool for an hour. Spread it on a sheet of parchment or foil, garnish with sliced ​​boiled carrots, olives and arrange the eggs whole between them. Wrap a tight roll, wrap it in bacon and place in a pan.

 

In a suitable pan, heat oil, fry finely chopped tomatoes, season with salt, pepper and wine. After boiling the mixture, spread it on the roll and bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for 25-30 minutes.
