Put the minced meat in a suitable dish and add the breadcrumbs, drained slices of bread, chopped parsley, garlic, onion and salt. Knead the minced meat and cool for an hour. Spread it on a sheet of parchment or foil, garnish with sliced boiled carrots, olives and arrange the eggs whole between them. Wrap a tight roll, wrap it in bacon and place in a pan.
In a suitable pan, heat oil, fry finely chopped tomatoes, season with salt, pepper and wine. After boiling the mixture, spread it on the roll and bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for 25-30 minutes.
Cool, cut the roll, serve and enjoy eating. Garnish with sprigs of fresh parsley.
