How To Cook Colorful Spinach Salad With Boiled Eggs And Poppy Sauce - Recipe

Required products :

1 teaspoon shredded spinach or lettuce leaves
1 teaspoon finely chopped red onion
3 red sweet peppers
4 boiled eggs

For the sauce:
1/4 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon mustard powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 tablespoons 6% apple cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon vegetable oil
1 tablespoon poppy seeds

Preparation :
Mix the chopped spinach leaves and finely chopped onion and distribute on the bottom of a suitable shallow rectangular dish.
Cut shapes out of the peppers using metal cookie cutters. In this case, these are stars, but you can do to your liking.
Arrange the tins on a green base and place the grated hard-boiled eggs between them.
You can arrange the peppers chaotically and surround them with eggs - a matter of imagination.
Prepare a sauce from the products listed for it. They are mixed and beaten with a blender, then season the salad.
