Necessary products:

 

  • 3-4 slices wholemeal bread
  • several slices of cheese in two colors (natural and cheddar)
  • lubricating oil
  • a cucumber
  • peppercorns for eyelets
  • lettuce of your choice + carrots, corn, red peppers for decoration
  • salt, vinegar and olive oil to taste

 

Method of preparation:

 

Put the lettuce in a bowl, season with salt, vinegar and olive oil. Stir and pour into a plate. From the pepper and carrot cut flowers using a floral mini form, attach corn kernels and decorate the greens. 

  

Use chicken molds, cut bread and natural cheese with them. Grease with oil, apply a lighter slice and decorate with black peppercorns. Cut the remaining shapes from the cheddar and use them for the beak, wings and legs. Cut the cucumber and use a toothpick to attach the chicks to it.

 

 

Garnish the salad, serve and enjoy.
