How To Cook Condensed Milk And Coconut Shavings Flan - Recipe

Required products :

  • 500 grams of condensed milk
  • 1 cup fresh milk
  • 5 eggs
  • 280 grams of unsalted cream cheese
  • 100 grams of coconut shavings
  • 4 tablespoons sugar (for caramel)
  • a little flour for sprinkling
  • fruits of your choice for decoration

Method of preparation :

Beat the eggs together with the fresh and condensed milk. Add the cream cheese and mix until smooth (you can use a blender or mixer). Pour the coconut shavings, mix thoroughly. Divide the mixture into molds, pre-greased with oil and sprinkled with flour.

Bake the dessert in the oven on a water bath at 170 degrees. In order not to burn on top, you can cover the surface with foil.

Wait for the finished flan to cool a bit and remove from the tins. Make caramel from the sugar, pour it over the dessert and decorate with your favorite fruits.
