How To Cook Cooked Pork Trifles With Walnuts And Garlic - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Boiled pork trifles with walnuts and garlic". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 1 kg of pork trifles
  • 3-4 cloves of garlic
  • 100 grams of walnuts
  • 2 tablespoons pomegranate juice
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander, black and red pepper
  • 1/2 tablespoon salt
  • pomegranate seeds

 

Method of preparation :

Boil the offal (the liver is ready in about an hour, the white - an hour and a half, and the heart needs two hours or more), take them to another container and leave to cool.

Crush the garlic with the salt, walnuts and spices (use a mortar). Transfer the mixture to a bowl and pour 2 tablespoons of pomegranate juice. Stir.

Cut the trifles into small pieces, mix them with the aromatic combination and let stand for half an hour to taste.

Then sprinkle the dish with pomegranate seeds and enjoy.
