Required products :

300 grams of wheat flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

0.5 teaspoon salt

230 grams of butter (pre-softened at room temperature)

170 grams of sugar

1 vanilla

2 eggs

300 grams of chocolate drops

Method of preparation :

Beat the butter with the sugar,

add the vanilla and eggs (one at a time) without stopping to beat.

In a separate bowl, mix the flour, baking powder and salt. Pour the dry mixture gradually into the liquid.

Finally, add the chocolate drops and mix everything. You should get a thick sticky dough.

Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Scoop out the mixture with a tablespoon and with the help of another arrange the cookies in the bowl, forming balls (periodically immerse the spoons in cold water).

Leave enough space between them, because during baking they will turn into "cakes". Bake in a preheated 190 degree oven for 15 minutes.

Take the finished cookies out of the oven, but let them stay in the pan, because they are still very soft. When they cool down a bit, they will harden.

Enjoy your meal!
