You can replace 1/2 cup of white flour with hazelnut or almond flour.

Method of preparation :
Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Roast the oats for 10-12 minutes or until fragrant. Stir at least once. Remove and cool completely, then blend until fine.
Beat the butter, brown and white sugar with a mixer on medium speed until fluffy. Add the eggs and vanilla, beating until blended.
Mix the flour, baking soda, salt, baking powder and fine oatmeal in a bowl. Gradually add the flour mixture to the butter while beating constantly. Add 60 grams of crushed chocolate and stir, then cover and allow the dough to cool for at least 8 to 12 hours.
Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Make small cookies from the dough using a tablespoon. Arrange them in a tray covered with baking paper. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Garnish with the remaining chocolate. Once cooled, enjoy them.
