Required products :

3/4 cup raisins

1/3 cup rum

2 tablespoons butter

2/3 tea cup sugar

2 eggs

1 teaspoon flour

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

pinch of salt

a 250 ml beaker was used to measure the products

 

Method of preparation :

Wash the raisins, pour rum over them and leave for an hour.

Preheat oven to 200 degrees.

Mix the sugar with the butter, add the eggs, salt, baking soda, flour and finally the raisins soaked in rum. You can also add a spoonful of rum to the dough. Mix everything well. Using a teaspoon, scoop out the mixture and arrange the cookies in a tray whose bottom you have covered with baking paper, placing about 3 inches apart.

Bake them for 10 minutes.
