Learn how to cook "Cookies with three types of chocolate and hazelnuts". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 90 grams of flour
  • 150 grams of sugar
  • 50 grams of butter
  • 200 grams of milk chocolate
  • 100 grams of dark chocolate
  • 100 grams of white chocolate
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 70 grams of hazelnuts

Method of preparation :

In a deep bowl, mix the eggs with the sugar.

Beat for a few minutes until the combination turns white and fluffy.

Melt all the milk chocolate and 50 grams of the dark one in a water bath together with the butter.

When the cream has cooled slightly, combine it thoroughly with the beaten eggs.

Beat the mixture until smooth.

Add the soda to the flour and then add it to the chocolate mass. Stir thoroughly.

Crush the hazelnuts, but not finely, let the pieces be large to feel the taste of the nuts.

Cut the white chocolate and the rest of the dark in the same way.

Add the hazelnuts to the dough. Stir.

Cover the tray with parchment. Using a tablespoon, scoop out of it and form cookies in the bowl, placing them at some distance from each other. For one cookie, use 1-1.5 tablespoons of the delicious mixture.

Sprinkle with pieces of chocolate.

Bake for 12 minutes at 170-180 degrees in the oven, then do not take them out, but leave to cool on the parchment, because at first they will be soft and may break.

Once claimed, they will become crispy.

Enjoy your meal!
