Sift the flour into a bowl together with the baking powder and salt.
In a separate bowl, beat the butter and sugar with a mixer until fluffy.
Without stopping the process, add the eggs one by one, beating until smooth after each and then knocking the next.
Start adding the flour and cream gradually and a little, alternating them, again beating until homogeneous after each dose.
Drizzle with oil or oil suitable for steaming. Spread 1/4 of the honey on the bottom and then pour the dough.
Cover the dish with a greased sheet of parchment and wrap in aluminum foil.
Steam using the appropriate appliance. The time required is about an hour and a half. Add water if necessary.

Wait for it to cool completely and then serve.
