Required products :

80 grams of wheat flour
100 grams of fine corn flour
70 grams of almonds
2 eggs + 2 yolks
120 grams of sugar
100 grams of butter
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla sugar

For the cream:

150 grams of cheese
40 grams of powdered sugar
100 milliliters of liquid high-fat cream

Method of preparation :
