How To Cook Corn Casserole With Chicken Breasts And Mushrooms - Recipe

Required products :

  • 450 grams of corn kernels (pre-cooked or canned)
  • 250 grams of chicken breast
  • 1 onion
  • 1-2 carrots (the number depends on their size)
  • 150 grams of fresh mushrooms
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • salt and ground pepper to taste
  • anise seeds to taste
  • 180 grams of sour cream with a fat content of 15%
  • 50 grams of tomato juice
  • 180 grams of yellow cheese

 

Method of preparation :

If you use boiled corn kernels, first separate them from the cob. If you have canned, drain them from the liquid.

Wash, clean and cut the fresh mushrooms into thin strips. Also wash the chicken breasts and cut them into pieces of any shape.

Peel the carrots and grate them finely, and peel and chop the onions.

Grease pots with oil. Season the prepared products with anise, pepper, salt (the quantities are to your taste). Distribute the combination in bowls and add the garlic (pre-crushed).

Mix the cream with the tomato juice and pour this sauce over the contents of the pots, spread the grated yellow cheese on top.

The dish is stewed in the oven for about 35-40 minutes at an average temperature of 180 degrees.
