How To Cook Corn Casserole With Cottage Cheese, Yellow Cheese And Bacon - Recipe

Required products :

750-800 grams of canned corn
350 grams of cottage cheese
4 eggs
200 grams of cream (
sourdough ) 100 grams of yellow cheese
4 tablespoons flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
2-3 strips of bacon
connection parsley or dill
spices of your choice

 

Method of preparation :

Drain the liquid from the canned corn kernels, grate the yellow cheese, finely chop the parsley / dill, cut the bacon into small pieces.

Grease a pan with oil and mix in it the products you have prepared.

Add the cottage cheese, eggs, sour cream, baking powder and season to taste.

Mix everything thoroughly and place the dish in the oven. After 40 minutes of baking at a temperature of 180 degrees the dish will be ready.

It should turn golden. Once cool, cut into pieces and good appetite!
