Necessary products:

2 medium tomatoes

1 can of corn

1 teaspoon curry powder

4 tablespoons corn flour

120 grams of yellow cheese

4 eggs

salt and pepper to taste

 

Method of preparation :

Cut the tomatoes in half, remove the seeds and cut into small cubes.

Drain the liquid from the corn, grate the yellow cheese on a coarse grater.

Mix the tomatoes and corn, add the curry, then the flour, cheese and mix everything.

You should add the beaten eggs, salt and pepper to taste.

Stir well.

Cover the bottom of a suitable large form with baking paper and pour the mixture.

Place in the oven at 160 - 170 degrees for about half an hour. The casserole should become golden and elastic.

When cool, remove from pan and cut into triangles.

You can serve the dish both hot and cold.
