Pour the broth into a saucepan, bring to a boil and then pour the beans into it. Let them cook, making a thick paste, stirring constantly.
When removed from the heat, add parmesan (grated), butter and salt to taste. Stir.
Spread the mixture in a flat dish / tray, which you have greased with oil, level the layer to be no thicker than a centimeter. Let cool.
Cut the polenta into squares 10 centimeters long and 2 centimeters wide, grease them with oil and bake in the oven for about 15-20 minutes (220 degrees).
Serve the chips with yogurt.
