Required products :

  • 1/2 cup canned corn (strained)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vegetable broth
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • salt to taste
  • 1 1/4 teaspoon flour
  • 1 teaspoon cooking cream
  • 1 teaspoon ripe grated mozzarella
  • 1 teaspoon breadcrumbs
  • frying oil

Method of preparation :

Put the corn in the blender jug ​​and add the vegetable broth. Blend until well blended.

Heat a saucepan, add the butter and add the corn mixture. Stir constantly, just before it starts to form bubbles, add a pinch of salt and add the flour.

 

Stir with a spatula to combine the ingredients well. Once the flour is absorbed by the liquid, add the cream and stir again until it becomes a homogeneous mixture.

 

Wait for the dough to cool completely. Take some of the dough, fill it with mozzarella and make a small ball. Make balls with the rest of the mixture.

Roll in breadcrumbs and fry in more fat until golden on all sides.

 

Remove them on kitchen paper or a napkin to drain off excess fat. Serve still warm.
