400 ml of fresh milk

1 sweet pepper

thyme

1 hot pepper

pepper

Method of preparation:

We puree the corn with the help of a blender. Put the resulting puree in a saucepan, add 1.5 cups of water and bring to a boil over low heat. Fry the flour in the pre-melted butter and then add the warm milk. Bring to a boil. Then mix with the corn and cook for 10 minutes, stirring constantly. Strain the soup, leave it on low heat, season with salt and pepper, add the grated Parmesan and simmer for another 5 minutes.

We make a "stuffing" of finely chopped sweet and hot peppers, corn and thyme in a dry pan.

Pour the soup into a plate and sprinkle with 1 teaspoon of the "stuffing"!

Enjoy your meal!
