Required products :
1 teaspoon pumpkin puree
2 eggs
3/4 teaspoon milk
1/4 teaspoon oil
1 teaspoon wheat flour
1 teaspoon corn flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon sugar a
handful of pumpkin seeds
Method of preparation :
Mix the pumpkin puree with the eggs in a bowl, pour in the milk, the oil and mix with a wire whisk.
In a separate bowl, pour the two types of flour, add baking powder, baking soda, salt, cayenne pepper and sugar.
Make a dough by combining the two mixtures.
Divide it into muffin tins that you have previously sprinkled with flour.
Sprinkle with raw peeled pumpkin seeds and bake the cupcakes for 20-25 minutes in the oven at a temperature of 200 degrees.
Check readiness with a toothpick.
