Required products :
300 grams of canned corn
2 eggs
1 teaspoon flour

1/2 tablespoon butter

Method of preparation :
Mix the corn with the beaten eggs and flour, add salt and pepper to taste. Using a tablespoon, scoop out the mixture and fry in hot fat on both sides until golden brown.
