How To Cook Corn Moussaka With Yellow Cheese And Cheese - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 800 grams of canned corn
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • a few sprigs of fresh parsley
  • a few sprigs of fresh dill
  • 60 grams of butter
  • 150 grams of shredded cheese
  • 150 grams of yellow cheese
  • 1 clove of garlic, finely chopped
  • 400 grams of yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 3 eggs
  • a pinch of salt and sugar


Method of preparation:

 

Heat the butter in a saucepan and fry the onion, corn and garlic. Season with chopped dill and parsley. Remove from the heat, add the cheese and stir. Pour the mixture into a pan and smooth the surface. In a bowl, beat the eggs, add the yogurt, flour, salt and sugar.

Stir until smooth, spread the topping over the dish and preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Sprinkle with yellow cheese. Bake the moussaka for 30 minutes and cool. Cut into pieces, arrange on a plate and serve the dish warm.
