How To Cook Corn Salad With Peppers, Onions And Basil - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Corn salad with peppers, onions and basil". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 4 medium-sized cobs of boiled corn (or 300 grams of frozen corn)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1-2 orange peppers, cut into thin strips
  • 1 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • black pepper to taste
  • fresh basil leaves, chopped

Method of preparation :

Separate the corn kernels from the cobs.

Heat olive oil and fry the corn with the peppers and red onions, stirring often. Cook for about 5 minutes, remove from the heat, transfer to a bowl, season with salt and pepper and stir. Season with olive oil if desired.

Serve the corn salad hot or chilled. Sprinkle with fresh basil leaves and serve.
