Required products :

1 potato
100 grams of bacon
1 tablespoon oil
400 grams of frozen corn kernels
380-400 milliliters of beef broth (or other optional)

Method of preparation :

Pour the broth into a saucepan, add 750 milliliters of water and place on the stove. Bring the liquid to a boil and add the peeled and diced (about 1 cm) potatoes. Cook for 10 minutes.

Cut the bacon into small cubes, fry them in hot oil for 3-4 minutes and add the corn kernels. Close the container with a lid and let the products simmer for 10 minutes.

Then separate half of the mixture in another bowl and pour 2-3 tablespoons of broth. Mash with a fork or use a blender. Return to the pan.

Add the remaining corn to the broth and after 3 minutes you can add chopped fresh parsley and remove the soup from the heat.
