Necessary products:

 

  • 2 tea cups corn flour
  • 1 cup wholemeal flour
  • 250 milliliters of lukewarm water
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 bunch fresh mint, finely chopped
  • 30 grams of melted butter
  • 7 grams of dry may
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder

 

Method of preparation:

 

Put the cornflour in a bowl, pour half the water and stir until you get a paste. Add wholemeal flour, salt, sugar, water, yeast, turmeric, chopped mint and chili.

Stir and pour the resulting mixture on a plate. Knead the dough and divide it into equal parts.

Heat a frying pan, grease it with butter, roll out the loaves and bake them on both sides. Arrange on a plate, fold in half and serve.
