Required products :

350 grams of wheat flour

150 grams of corn flour + a little to sprinkle

210 milliliters of water

6 tablespoons fresh milk

1 1/2 tablespoons corn oil

2 teaspoons sugar

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon dry yeast

Method of preparation :

Pour the milk and water into the bread pan, add the corn oil.

Pour the mixture of corn and wheat flour so that the liquid is completely covered. Put salt and sugar in different corners of the form. Make a small indentation in the middle of the flour, but not enough water. Put the yeast there.
