How To Cook Cottage Cheese And Bran Quiche With Cherry Tomatoes And Yellow Cheese - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Cottage cheese and bran quiche with cherry tomatoes and yellow cheese". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 500-600 grams of soft cottage cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 6 tablespoons oat bran
  • 3 tablespoons wheat bran
  • connection cherry tomatoes
  • 200 grams of yellow cheese
  • several layers of leeks
  • salt to taste

Method of preparation :

Grind and mix the two types of bran in a bowl (you can use a coffee grinder). Add two of the eggs and mix thoroughly. Then add 3 tablespoons of cottage cheese, stir again and add salt to taste.

If the dough becomes too thick, you can pour 1/3 tea cup of milk or kefir (but use as a last resort if you think that the dough will not be able to form).

Distribute it on the bottom of a round shape with a diameter of 22-24 centimeters and place in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 10-15 minutes.

While the base is baking, mix the remaining curd with the other 2 eggs and add a little salt.

Chop the onion finely, but do not turn it into a pulp to feel its taste. Pour over the curd and stir.

Spread the cream on the dough, sprinkle with grated yellow cheese and arrange whole cherry tomatoes on top, pressing them lightly into the curd (they should sink halfway into it).

Return the pan to the oven and let the quiche bake until done (about 20-30 minutes).

Cut into portions and enjoy the taste.

Enjoy your meal!
