Required products :
- 100 grams of dark chocolate
- 250 grams of cottage cheese (with a crumbly texture)
- 5 tablespoons powdered sugar
- 40 grams of butter
- 30 grams of nuts of your choice
- a pinch of vanilla
Method of preparation :
Using a blender, mix the powdered sugar and cottage cheese until the consistency is completely uniform. If you wish, sweeten more.
Melt the butter and dark chocolate together in a water bath. Pour in the curd and mix the two mixtures.
From this "dough" form candies the size of a walnut (they get 10-12 pieces), roll on all sides in the crushed nuts and put in the refrigerator.
Arm yourself with a few hours of patience, after which you can eat from the resulting irresistibility.
