How To Cook Cottage Cheese And Semolina Dumplings With Apricot Jam And Gold Coating - Recipe

Required products :

300 grams of cottage cheese
150 grams of semolina
2 egg yolks
1 tablespoon flour
150 grams apricot jam
3 tablespoons sugar
4 tablespoons butter
4 tablespoons breadcrumbs
2 pinches cinnamon
2 pinches salt

 

Method of preparation :

Mix the cottage cheese with the semolina and the yolks. Put 2 pinches of salt and make a dough, which is stored in the refrigerator for 3 minutes.

Flour your hands and divide the dough into 8 parts, flatten them between your palms and give the shape of "baskets". Put a little apricot jam in them and pinch the edges. Form round dumplings, which you put in boiling salted water. Let them cook over medium heat until they rise to the surface.
Take the finished ones out on a plate.

Melt the butter in a pan, add the breadcrumbs, cinnamon and fry until golden. Then mix with the sugar and roll the dumplings in this combination.
