How To Cook Cottage Cheese Casserole With Semolina And Bananas - Recipe

Required products :

500 grams of nonfat cottage cheese
1-2 eggs
100 grams of bananas
130 milliliters of fresh milk with a fat content of 1%
60 grams of semolina
sugar to taste

Method of preparation :

Mix the cottage cheese with the eggs and semolina in a bowl. Then sweeten to taste and pour in the milk.
Peel a banana, grate it and add to the other products. You don't need to break, just mix everything well.
Transfer the mixture to a suitable container (approximate dimensions 20 x 20 cm) and level the surface.
Bake the dish in a preheated 200 degree oven for about 30-35 minutes (until golden brown).

The dessert is served cold. Decorate it to your liking.
