Learn how to cook "Cottage cheese dessert with bananas and chocolate". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
1.5 teaspoons milk
20 grams gelatin
400 grams cottage cheese
250 grams sour cream
1 teaspoon sugar
2 tablespoons vanilla sugar
50 grams chocolate
2 bananas
Method of preparation :
Put gelatin in milk and leave for an hour or two to swell. Then heat, but do not allow to boil.
Add the sugar, including the vanilla sugar, to the hot mixture and stir until completely dissolved. Strain.
Beat the curd together with the cream using a mixer. Add the gelatin mixture and stir.
Divide the hot mass into two parts. Add the melted chocolate to one.
Put the white half in a suitable chilled form and refrigerate for 30 minutes, leaving the chocolate at room temperature.
When you take the dish out of the fridge, put one banana on the curd, cut in half lengthwise. Spread the
chocolate mixture on top and refrigerate overnight.
The next day, immerse the form in warm water for a few minutes (1-3) and turn the dessert on a suitable flat dish. Garnish with sliced second banana and grated chocolate.
