How To Cook Cottage Cheese Donuts With Banana Filling - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Cottage cheese donuts with banana filling". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 250 grams of cottage cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 banana
  • 3 tablespoons rice flour (without top)
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

* The amount of flour depends on the humidity of the curd. The wetter it is, the more flour will be needed.

Method of preparation :

If the curd is very thick, pass it through a sieve first. Then add the egg to it and mash.

Then gradually add three equal tablespoons of rice flour (sift it beforehand). If necessary, use a larger or smaller amount. In case you do not have rice flour, you can replace it with white wheat, but then you will need to add 1 tablespoon less.

Peel a banana, cut it into large pieces.

Divide the dough into small balls, flatten each, put a piece of fruit, which "dress" on all sides with cottage cheese. Shape into cubes or make round bites. If the dough sticks to your hands, grease them with a little oil.

Fry until golden (do not close the pan with a lid). Remove on paper to remove unnecessary fat.

You can also add a piece of chocolate to the filling, so it will melt during frying and you will get an even more appetizing dish that can be served as breakfast, and why not as a dessert.

Enjoy!
