Required products :
450 grams of low-fat cottage cheese
1 gram of banana
100 grams of chocolate
60 grams of coconut shavings
1 egg
160 grams of semolina
25 grams of sugar
50 grams of flour a
pinch of salt
Method of preparation :
Beat the egg with a wire for this purpose and mix it with the curd. Then add semolina, a pinch of salt and a little sugar. It's time for the flour, pour it over the other products, kneading a soft dough.
Shape like a whip (a thin long roll that you roll between your palms). Cut into equal parts and the banana into circles, break the chocolate into small pieces.
Roll out each piece of dough on a floured surface to make a small circle. In the middle put a piece of chocolate and a circle of banana, which you close with the dough, forming balls.
Pour water into a saucepan, put on the stove to boil, put a little sugar, a pinch of salt and then put the dumplings in it (one by one) for about 7-8 minutes.
Once removed, drain the liquid with a colander and roll the balls in coconut shavings.
You can serve the delicious dessert with sweetened sour cream (with sugar or your favorite fruit jam).
