Method of preparation :
Heat the milk to about 40 degrees and then add the butter.
Let cool slightly and add the yeast.
Then one egg and oil.
Followed by salt and sugar, knead a soft dough (flour as needed) and let it rest.
Add the ground walnuts and honey to the soft curd.
Stir until smooth.
Divide the dough (do not wait for it to rise) into 18 - 20 parts.
Flatten each of them with your hands and put the sweet filling in the middle (about 1 tablespoon).
Close the dough, forming loaves.
Arrange them in a pan, the bottom of which you have lined with baking paper greased with oil.
Spread the bread with the other egg (beaten) if you want to get a glossy surface. For a matte effect, add sugar to the egg.
Bake in a preheated 200-degree oven for 15 - 20 minutes.
The deliciously soft and fragrant cakes are ready. Cover them with a towel and wait for them to cool a bit, then arrange in a suitable plate and serve.
