How To Cook Cottage Cheese Pudding With Raisins And Walnuts - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Cottage cheese pudding with raisins and walnuts". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 200 grams of cottage cheese
  • 40 grams of flour or breadcrumbs
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons raisins
  • 40 grams of walnuts (maybe other)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
  • 2 tablespoons butter

 

Method of preparation :

Mix the yolks with the sugar and butter (pre-softened). Add the curd passed through a sieve. Followed by flour, vanilla sugar, a pinch of salt, washed with warm water raisins and chopped walnuts.

Mix thoroughly and combine the mixture with the whipped egg whites.

 

Grease a suitable pudding form, cover the bottom with parchment and pour the sweet combination, which should occupy about 2/3 of the volume of the dish.

Bake the dessert for 40 minutes.

Of course, you can experiment at will to use different dried fruits, also pumpkin or other favorite additives.
