Required products :
1/2 cucumber
1-2 radishes
3-4 feathers green onions
100 grams of cottage cheese
100 grams of sour cream
1/2 stalk of celery
2 inflorescences of broccoli
salt to taste
Method of preparation :
First mix the cottage cheese and cream (instead of sour you can use liquid), stir and prepare the vegetables.
Wash them, dry them and cut them into large pieces, then pour them into the bowl of a blender. Add the milk mixture, season with salt and other spices to taste and beat.
Cool the finished puree and then serve.
