How To Cook Cottage Cheese Roll With Tomatoes, Dill, Mint And Garlic - Recipe

Required products :

  • 250 grams of cottage cheese
  • 1-2 tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise or butter
  • garlic
  • mint
  • dill
  • pepper
  • left


Method of preparation :

Mash the garlic, chop the mint finely and mix the two spices in the curd. Add the mayonnaise, add black pepper and salt to taste, stir.

Saturate the dill, cut the tomatoes into small cubes.

Cover the board with a sheet of aluminum foil, put nylon on it and spread an even layer of cottage cheese (in the form of a rectangle).

Sprinkle with dill and arrange the tomato pieces in the middle of the base along its length.

Roll up a roll, tie the ends of both types of foil and store the appetizer for 1-2 hours in the refrigerator.

When the roll has cooled, remove the coating, cut into pieces and serve.
