Learn how to cook "Cottage cheese with cream, eggs and green onions". Delicious recipe.
Necessary products:
350 grams of cottage cheese
3 tablespoons sour cream
2 hard-boiled eggs a
few feathers green onion
leaves lettuce
salt to taste
tomato on request
Method of preparation :
Boil the eggs hard, peel them and cut into small cubes. Finely chop the onion.
Pour the curd into a suitable bowl and add the cream, eggs, onion and spices to taste.
Add a tomato if you prefer. Mix everything thoroughly and the appetizer is ready.
Serve it on lettuce leaves. You can decorate with olives, for example.
